This is a very creative commercial. It builds up the intrigue and mystery. Since this is an ad, you know that this is not what it is, but you also want to believe what you see. The creativity is not in the act, of making it look like she is doing something else, but the finale or the climax is what makes it interesting. Just like the fruity condom ad, just when you know that it is over, they show a surprise.
